Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Providing educational support to patients and their families on health management and preventative care.
• Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Registered Nurse position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
