Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

An opportunity is available for a Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care provided to patients in need of telemetry services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to patients requiring medical and surgical telemetry monitoring.
Monitor vital signs and interpret telemetry readings to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and treatments.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry nursing.
Active and unrestricted Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
Current certifications in AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a day shift schedule, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
