Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. The ER is equipped to provide comprehensive care 24/7, staffed by a team of highly skilled professionals trained in Emergency Medicine and trauma care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
Perform patient assessments and support emergency procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed based on staffing requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting is required.
NIH Stroke Scale certification is preferred.
Experience with travel nursing is preferred.

Certification Requirements

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
Basic Life Support (BLS, AHA)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS, AHA)

License Requirements

Active nursing license in the state of Michigan is required at the time of submission.

Work Schedule

36-hour weekly guarantee.
Every other weekend commitment.
