Description

CVOR Tech

We are seeking a skilled CVOR Tech to join our dedicated surgical services team. This position involves assisting with cardiovascular procedures and ensuring the operating room is prepared for surgeries.

Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and healthcare professionals during cardiovascular surgeries.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
Participate in the preparation and transportation of patients as needed.
Support surgical teams by providing assistance and ensuring a seamless workflow in the OR.

Qualifications

Certification as a Surgical Technologist from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
BLS certification required.
Experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting is preferred.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekdays and weekends.

Schedule

This position offers a choice between 5x8 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts, with a day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
