Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and assess patients’ needs in a telemetry setting.
Execute appropriate nursing interventions and implement treatment plans.
Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
Must possess an active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Work Schedule

This position includes night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
