Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. This is a weekend position involving three 12-hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of experience in general, obstetric, and vascular ultrasound.
Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound examinations in various specialties, including general, obstetric, and vascular.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- May be required to float to other locations within the region as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program or ultrasound technology program.
- Experience in general, obstetric, and vascular ultrasound is strongly preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule
This position requires flexibility to work weekends, specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
