About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team. This position involves working three 12-hour shifts on the weekends, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with a rotation for holidays. The daily caseload will vary based on shift and location, and the technologist may be required to float between sister facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
• Assist with various radiology procedures in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, with at least 6 months of experience in a Level 1 trauma center required.
• Applicants with prior experience are welcome, including first-timers with relevant background.
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), ARRT RT (R) (CT), and SCRQSA (R) (CT).
• Experience with Siemens equipment is necessary.
• Radiation badge is required and must be provided by the agency.

Additional Information

• Radius rule of 60 miles applies for candidates; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission and will be subject to manager approval based on unit needs.
• The facility allows for one shift cancellation every two weeks.
