Position Overview
The Case Manager - Inpatient Adults Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in managing the care of adult and pediatric patients within an acute care setting. This position involves ensuring patients receive appropriate care, coordinating treatment plans, and facilitating effective communication among healthcare teams.
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Ratios: 1:25
- Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (13:00 - 21:30)
- Weekend Requirement: Saturday & Sunday shifts required on 4x10s
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, with the possibility of being called off up to 3 times during a 13-week assignment
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required
- First-timers Accepted: Yes, if the traveler has acute care management experience
- Certifications Required: BCLS
- Floating Requirement: Clinician may float within their scope to meet facility needs
- Pending License Accepted: Yes
- Restrictions on Time Off: Greater than 7 days requires approval

Inpatient acute care experience is necessary for this position.

Additional Notes
COVID vaccination is optional, but reporting is required. Candidates should upload their vaccination series or a declination form. A six-month break is required for travelers who have completed four consecutive assignments or have reached their one-year mark, whichever comes first.
