Position Overview
A Director of Rehabilitation is needed for a 13-week contract. The selected candidate will lead and manage rehabilitation services, ensuring high-quality care and support for patients. The role encompasses a strategic approach to rehabilitation programs and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Shift Information
This role is structured around a day shift schedule.
Minimum Experience Requirement
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Certifications and Requirements
- Must possess general certifications, including BLS/BCLS.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the Director of Rehabilitation include:
- Overseeing all aspects of rehabilitation service delivery.
- Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs.
- Collaborating with medical staff to enhance patient care.
- Providing guidance and support to rehabilitation staff.
- Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
Additional Requirements
Holiday coverage may be required for this position.
