Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with a strong background in peripheral and TAVR procedures, as well as experience in structural hearts. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all procedures.
• Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts from 07:30 AM to 06:00 PM.
• Weekend call requirements include 5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks, with onsite presence from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting is required.
• Candidates with first-time travel experience will not be accepted.
• Successful completion of a clinical screening process, followed by a review for clinical fit.

Time Off

• Maximum of 7 days for request time off (RTO).
• Expectation to work major holidays during the assignment period as outlined below:
• One major holiday: Work required.
• Two major holidays: Work both required.
• Three major holidays: Work two required.
• Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.

Compliance

Full compliance with all onboarding requirements is mandatory to ensure timely start. Non-compliance may result in a delay of two weeks due to orientation schedules.

Additional Information

Locals are accepted and will receive the same rate as travelers. Orientation hours will vary based on contract length, with non-billable orientation hours outlined as follows:

• 8 hours for an 8-week assignment.
• 10 hours for a 10-week assignment.
