Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our critical care unit (CCU) team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in critical care, including proficiency in managing advanced medical technologies and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the critical care unit.
• Monitor patient conditions using advanced monitoring equipment, including ventilators, intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocol, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Conduct and manage patient assessments to identify needs and respond appropriately.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and discharge plans.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in critical care nursing, specifically in a CCU or ICU setting.
• Experience with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring is essential.
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) are preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Schedule

This position requires night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week.
