Description
Join our Ambulatory Care Team! As a Clinic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of Family Medicine and Mental Health Services. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, alongside a solid understanding of clinical practices and electronic medical records.
Shift Information
Monday-Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily clinic operations under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager.
- Assist in orienting, training, and mentoring new clinic personnel.
- Provide constructive performance feedback, education, and coaching to promote professional development.
- Participate in and support clinical quality improvement projects.
- Address staffing needs and perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Nurse Manager.
- Exhibit strong teaching and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication and human relations skills.
- Exercise excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize computer systems, word processing, data entry, and electronic medical records proficiently.
- Lift and move up to 20 lbs without assistance and lift/move heavier weights with assistance.
- Maintain reliability and punctuality in adherence to work schedules.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current RN license in Utah.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Two years of experience as an RN in an outpatient setting preferred.
