Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a traveling healthcare professional to join a dynamic team. The selected candidate will provide essential care and support within their scope of practice at various locations as needed.

Contract Details

• Contract Length: Various assignments available
• Call Requirements: No call required; 1 holiday off during the contract
• Floating: Floating within the facility/scope of practice may be required

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience is required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Holiday Requirements

Travelers are expected to adhere to the following holiday work requirements:

• If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it.
• If two major holidays occur during the assignment, the traveler must work both.
• If three major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two of them.

Major Holidays include:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving/Black Friday
• Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

Compliance Requirements

Full compliance is required to start on time. Failure to meet compliance standards may result in a two-week delay due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.

Additional Information

Local candidates are accepted and will receive the same rate as travelers. The number of non-billable orientation hours will be determined by the length of the contract (e.g., 8 hours for an 8-week assignment; 10 hours for a 10-week assignment).
