Umatilla, Oregon | 2026-2027 School Year | 40 Hours/Week
Local or Travel Contract| W2 Full Time Benefits
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support multiple rural school districts in the Pendleton and Umatilla Oregon areas for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based PTA who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to help students develop the functional skills necessary for academic success and independence.
- Number of School Sites: Multiple in Umatilla and Morrow County
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Contract Type: W2
- Start Date: 8/17/2026
- End Date: 6/9/2027
- Work Arrangement: In Person
- Compensation details will be reviewed with you before district submission

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – School Based – Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Implement treatment plans to support mobility and motor development
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, positioning, and adaptive equipment
- Collaborate with school staff and special education teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Support IEP goals and comply with district and state requirements
- Promote safe participation in school and classroom activities
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active OR State Physical Therapist Assistant License
- At least 1 year experience in a school-based setting required
- Must be comfortable supporting multiple rural school districts
