Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC SLP / CF SLP)
PK-12th Grade | Remainder 2025-2026 School Year
37.5 Hours/Week | Local or Travel Contract| W2 Full Time Benefits
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Fayetteville, North Carolina for Remainder of the 2025-2026 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Type: W2
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Approximately 6/22/26
- Work Arrangement: In Person

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
- Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
- Active NC Board of Examiners license certificate for Speech-Language Pathologists
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- NC Dept Public Instruction (NC DPI) Educator Certification
- School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required
- Experience with IEP development, compliance documentation, evaluations and service delivery
