Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in the Albany, Oregon area for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.
- Number of School Sites: Multiple – Travel Required
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Type: W2
- Start Date: 8/31/2026
- End Date: 2026-2027 School Year
- Work Arrangement: In Person

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
- Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
- Active Oregon Board of Examiners SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
- School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required Providing Direct Services and Evaluations to students ranging from Early Childhood through K-12
- Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
