Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking multiple licensed Speech-Language Pathologists or SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY) to support a school district in the South Chicago, IL Metro area (Cook County) for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
• Active IL State SLP License
• Active IL Professional Educator License (PEL) in SLP
• School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist with Moderate to Severe impairments is Required
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
