AAC Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC SLP)
K-12 | Linn County, Oregon | 2026-2027 School Year
37.5 Hours/Week | Local or Travel Contract| W2 Full Time Benefits
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed AAC Speech-Language Pathologist (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) to support school districts in the Albany, Oregon area for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP with extensive AAC expertise who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.
- Number of School Sites: Multiple – Travel Between Districts May Be Required
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Type: W2
- Start Date: 8/31/2026
- End Date: 2026-2027 School Year
- Work Arrangement: In Person

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Based – Key Responsibilities
- Focus: Specialized assessment, selection, and implementation of AAC systems (low-tech and high-tech). Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Approach: Deep expertise in device technology, customization, and motor access methods (e.g., eye gaze).
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Goal: Immediate communication, implementation, and long-term support for non-speaking or complex communicators develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Act as a consultant or key interventionist to implement robust communication systems
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
- Active OR Board of Examiners State SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School or Clinic Based experience with K-12 students as an AAC SLP. Deep expertise in device technology, customization, and motor access methods (e.g., eye gaze). Specialized assessment, selection, and implementation of AAC systems (low-tech and high-tech
