Description

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support a school district near Colorado Springs, Colorado (CO) for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLPA who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students’ communication development within an educational setting.

Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – School Based – Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in the implementation of treatment plans.
  • Conduct individual or group therapy sessions under supervision.
  • Document client performance and progress during therapy sessions.
  • Prepare therapy materials and equipment for upcoming sessions.
  • Assist in the assessment of speech and language disorders.
  • Provide feedback to clients and caregivers regarding progress.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client sessions.
  • Support the SLP in screenings and evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders or equivalent
  • Active Colorado SLPA License
  • School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) is Required
