Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring onsite or hybrid licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) for a full-time 37.5-hour-per-week School-Based W2 contract serving students ranging from Pre-School to High School. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
- Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
- Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
- Active State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) through Department of Health
- ESA Certification through Washington OSPI (Active or Initial/Conditional)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
- Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
