Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
Active Minnesota (MN) Speech-Language Pathology license
Minnesota PELSB School SLP license required
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
Previous school-based experience is required.
Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
