Description

Role/Dept: RN – Interventional Radiology (IR) | EMR: Epic (Phillips monitors)

Volume/Setup: 6 labs + pre-op & phase 2 recovery | 20–30 cases/day

Schedule: 4 days/week, 9-hr shifts between 6:30a–6:00p (not self-scheduled)

Ratios: 1:1 intraprocedural; up to 1:4 in phase 2 recovery

Call: Primary/secondary call 6–8 shifts per 6 weeks (includes weekends) + holiday call (dept closed on holiday) | 30-min response

Required: BLS/ACLS/PALS, strong EKG interpretation + drip titration experience

Cases: GI bleeds, strokes, biopsies, central lines, drains, vascular procedures

Staffing: Charge RN 7:30a–5:00p (no patient assignment; supports flow)

Float: None | Scrubs: Provided | Orientation: ~5 shifts
