Schedule: 3x12s, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, 36 hrs/week; every other weekend
Unit: 36-bed ED; 4:1 ratios, critical care patients 1:1 or 2:1; Philips monitors
EMR: Meditech
Facility: Good Samaritan Hospital, San Jose CA
