Description

Social Work Case Manager (UMMC, Level 1 Trauma) | Epic | M–F 8:00a–4:30p (no weekends; holidays rotate)

Submission rules: 50-mile radius (locals ok $70/hr) + MS license required + Epic required

Credentials: BLS + LMSW/LCSW with MS state license

Experience: 2+ yrs acute care case management + large academic/Level 1 trauma experience

Workload/Scope: 15–20 patients/day, covers all inpatient units (medical + some social discharges)
