Description

Unit/Charting: Med/Surg (10 beds) | Epic | Ratio: 1:5 (PCT support ~1:10)

Patients/Skills: Respiratory failure, post-op, wounds/IV abx, CVA/trauma/cardiac; must be comfortable with trachs, PEG care/feedings, and CVC/PICC/Midline care; heparin drip titration

Schedule: 12s 7:00–7:30 | weekends/holidays to fill needs | may float to ICU (qualified) and Acute Rehab

Certs: BLS required (ACLS preferred)

Submission Notes: Provide last 4 SSN, middle initial, RTO, and active IL license (or proof app started); drug-free campus—negative drug screen required

OSF Notes: Local within 50 miles (local rate applies); call-off allowance = 12 hours/13 weeks; 12 hrs non-billable orientation + 2 unit precepted shifts
