Provide speech therapy services to patients in the home health setting across Port Angeles and Sequim.

Candidates should have clinical SLP experience, preferably in acute care, and hold Washington licensure at the clinical level.

Required credentials include BLS, CCC-SLP, and COVID vaccination.

EPIC charting experience preferred.

Full-time day shift assignment with weekend/holiday coverage as needed; mileage reimbursed per GSA standard.
