Schedule/Call: Office hours M–F 8:00–4:30; most visits during that time | rotating evenings/weekend on-call (~5 nights/month) | holidays split (1 major/1 minor)

Caseload: ~6 routine visits/day (weekly goal ~30; SOC counts higher)

Patient Types: Post-COVID pneumonia, wound care, IV antibiotics, CHF/COPD exacerbations, post-op joints; mostly adults with occasional peds

Core Duties: Home visits, assessments, med/disease education, caregiver teaching, wound care, IV infusion support
