Care for critically ill patients in a 12-bed ICU with typical 1:2 ratios on 12-hour night shifts.

Must have at least 2 years of ICU experience and be comfortable with vents, cardiac drips, and basic ICU equipment.

Common cases include STEMI, post-cath, sepsis, ARDS, DKA, renal failure, CVA after tPA, and other high-acuity medical patients.

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.

Allscripts charting is used; floating to ED or Med Surg may be required if experienced.
