Scheduling: Modified self-scheduling with block scheduling considered
Weekend Requirement: Minimum 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Beds: 7 L&amp;D beds, 2 triage beds, 10 postpartum beds
Ratios: Typically 1:2
Floating: May float to Med/Surg or ED if experienced
Required Certs: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring
Experience: 3+ years required
Required Skills: C-section experience, fetal monitoring, pre-eclampsia care, high-risk OB, OB emergencies, L&amp;D, and couplet care
Call: 1 shift per 4-week schedule
