Description

Cath Lab/IR RN – Days

Charting: Epic
Unit: Cath Lab & IR
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience required
Required Certs: BLS, ACLS
Labs/Suites: 7 suites/holding rooms and 2 cath labs
Average Cases: Typically 4–5 cases per day
Required Skills: Cath lab procedures, PCI, cardiac caths, peripheral cases, devices, IABP, IVUS, and adult cardiac care
Equipment/Systems: Epic Cupid, Xper, Philips telemetry, Omnicell
Team Structure: 3-person team with 2 RNs and 1 tech
Weekend Requirement: Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Call: Required Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Floating: May float to Non-Invasive CV to start IVs
Orientation: 2 shifts with a preceptor; buddy call for Cath Lab
Submission Notes: Active driver’s license required; any background hits must be disclosed at submission
