Description

Trauma/General Surgery Stepdown RN

Shift: Weekend nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 36/week
Unit: 30-bed Trauma & General Surgery unit; Stepdown/Floor
EHR: Epic
Requirements: 2 years experience, BLS, Epic experience, Level 1 trauma experience, 1:6 ratio experience
Ratios: 1:3 Stepdown, 1:6 Floor
Skills: Complex wounds, drains/devices, chest tubes, trauma, TBI, spinal cord injuries, respiratory support
Patient Population: Multi-trauma, TBI, fractures, general surgery, bariatric surgery
Float: Required to similar floor/stepdown units
Scrubs: Royal blue
