Requirements: 2 years experience, ACLS, BLS, NRP, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Skills: L&amp;D, postpartum, couplet care, C-section circulation, mag, insulin, pitocin, multiples, VBACs
Ratios: 1:1 L&amp;D, 1:4 couplets
Call: May be placed on call based on census
Float: May float as helping hands to MedSurg or ER
