Description

PACU RN

Shift: 12-hour shifts
Hours: 34.5/week
Setting: Acute care PACU
EHR: Epic
Requirements: 2 years experience, BLS/AHA BLS, active RN license
Required Experience: Prior PACU experience, pediatric experience, high-acuity/ICU-level patient care
Preferred: SICU, transplant ICU, neuro ICU, mixed-acuity ICU, kidney transplant, Neuro IR, and bariatric post-op experience
Skills: Airway vigilance, rapid assessment, vent/vasoactive drip management, invasive monitoring, neuro checks, access site monitoring, strict I&O, post-anesthesia recovery
Patient Population: PACU recovery patients, ICU boarders, pediatric patients, kidney transplant, Neuro IR, bariatric, and high-risk airway patients
Notes: Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
