Description

Start/Length: Must start 1/12; 16–32 weeks

Role/Schedule: OR RN rotating days/evenings (typically 3 day shifts + 1 off shift; off shifts may be 0845–1915, 1045–2115, or 1245–2315). Call: 1 weekday call/week + one 24-hr call each 4-week block. No block scheduling; must be flexible.

Requirements: Prior travel, 2+ years OR RN, 500+ bed Level I Trauma experience, Epic within last 2 years (non-negotiable); include circulate + scrub skills checklists. Must scrub all specialties except CVOR (general OR, GU, GYN, ENT, eyes, plastics, lap, trauma, thoracic, vascular).

Holidays/Submission: Must work 2 of 4 major holidays; explain employment gaps >90 days and submit complete work history (bed count/EMR/facility type).

Logistics: Reliable transportation required; snow/all-season tires Nov–Apr.
