Description

Start Date: Must start 4/6 | Length: 16–32 weeks

Role: RN Resource Pool / Float – Med-Surg Tele (includes ED Holds)

Schedule: Every other weekend minimum; may adjust to unit needs | No block scheduling

Requirements: 1+ year experience, AHA BLS (CMSRN preferred), NIHSS before start, Epic within last 2 years (required)

License: NY license (or proof of application w/ applied date) must be in packet at submission

Orientation: Bi-weekly Monday orientations

Submission notes: Explain gaps >90 days; complete work history details required

Transportation: Public transit not accessible—reliable vehicle recommended; snow/all-season tires Nov–Apr
