Description

URGENT: Must start within 2 weeks (CRU)

Role/Unit: LPN – LTC/SNF

Submission: License must be on file at time of submission

Schedule: Every other weekend minimum | No call | Floating required

Experience: 1+ year required | Travel preferred, not required

Rules/Notes: No block schedules | Complete work history required (bed count/EMR/facility type) | Explain gaps >30 days

Compliance: COVID & Flu declinations accepted (include proof or declination forms in packet)

Logistics: Reliable transportation needed (limited public transit) | All-season/snow tires Nov–Apr
