Facility/Unit: Central Vermont Medical Center (Berlin, VT) – Women &amp; Children’s Unit (LDRP) | 88 inpatient beds (facility)

Unit Details: 7 LDRP inpatient beds + 3 triage rooms | ~300 deliveries/year | Non-teaching

Experience: 1+ year required and must have LDRP experience (community hospital, no NICU on-site; independent in all aspects of LDRP care) | Prior travel required

Required Certs: BLS, NRP | Preferred: ACLS, PALS/PEARS

Ratios: Active labor/Pitocin 1:1 | Couplets 2–3 couplets (varies by census/acuity)

Shifts/Scheduling: 7a–7p / 7p–7a | schedule via “When to Work” | every other weekend | 2 x 12-hr call shifts per rolling 2 pay periods | holidays required

Systems/Equipment: Epic (Philips Intellispace), Pyxis | EFM, smart pumps, Mindray cardiac monitor | RT &amp; anesthesia support (anesthesia not always in-house)
