Description

Unit: Hospice RN (Outpatient/Home Health)

Provide hospice care through home and facility visits, managing 4–5 patient visits per day.
Requirements: Active MA RN license at submission; experienced hospice RN required.
Must be comfortable with independent patient care, travel, and end-of-life support.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p; no weekends listed.
Details: Travel 30–50 miles/day (mileage reimbursed per IRS); BILH coversheet required; no local candidates; must be separated from BILH for 6+ months; RTO required at submission.
