CRU- MUST START IN THE NEXT WEEK, LICENSE ON FILE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION- Travel Rate: $112 Radius: $107: 51-100 miles Local: $102: 50 miles or less • Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance OR RN: Must be flexible with schedule. A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Two times per week call requirement. On call every 3-5 weekends as needed. Requirements: • AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required • A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required • Must be strong in ortho and eye service lines - can accept minimal eyes but would need strong general, ortho and GYN • Scrub highly preferred, will accept strong cirulator • Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
