Description

Position: LPN – Post-Acute Skilled Nursing/Rehab
Facility: Helen Porter Nursing & Rehab Center
Experience: 1+ year
Ratio: 1:14
Preferred: IV Certification
Patient Population: Skilled nursing/rehab, primarily age 60+
Skills: Starting IVs, phlebotomy, EKGs, transports, nebulizer/inhaler treatments
Floating: Occasional/as needed to Long-Term Care or Memory Care
Holidays: Must be able to work all holidays
Scheduling: Varies; weekends/days off not guaranteed unless included in contract
EMR: Epic
