Role: RN – Labor &amp; Delivery + Postpartum (high-risk antenatal/perinatal)

Required Experience: 2+ years hospital L&amp;D + Postpartum; high-risk/tertiary-level experience preferred (MFM a plus); Pitocin &amp; Magnesium drips required

License: Wyoming RN required by start (temp-eligible candidates considered with clear background)

Certs (Required to submit): AHA BLS, NRP, Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hrs/week; flexible days or nights (not mixed in same week when possible); every other weekend + holidays as needed

Unit Snapshot: ~65 deliveries/month | 4 LDR, 15 postpartum, 7 well-baby, 7 NICU (Level II nursery; &lt;32 weeks transferred; C-sections handled by OR)

Ratios: Labor 1:2 (goal 1:1 for Pitocin/active labor when possible); Postpartum 1:5–6 moms or 3 couplets
