Description

Role: Experienced RN – Med/Surg, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke/Neuro, Step-Down ICU

Must-Have: Strong cardiac/tele experience; active IL RN license; CPR/BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Key Responsibilities: Deliver and document safe patient care using the nursing process; administer meds/treatments per policy and scope; develop individualized care plans with patient/family education; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; support performance improvement/shared governance; provide clinical guidance across units; use critical thinking to promote safety and escalate concerns appropriately.
