Description

Role: Physical Therapist – Home Health (Corus Home Health, Albuquerque)

What You’ll Do: In-home evaluations and individualized care plans; evidence-based treatments; patient/family education; coordinate with the care team; timely EHR documentation; adjust plans with progress/physician input; support discharge planning and wellness.

Requirements: NM PT license, 1+ year experience (home health preferred); strong communication/documentation/problem-solving; independent/self-motivated; comfortable with EHR/mobile charting; mission-driven, relationship-focused care.

United Staffing Solutions Job ID #294342. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
