Description

Role Summary: RN functions as both direct caregiver and care manager, providing patient care using the Nursing Process while also coordinating, delegating, supervising, and evaluating the work of the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. The RN is expected to understand Patient Care Services operations and make sound, independent decisions as situations require.
