Description

Role: LPN (Rehab/LTC)

Required: NY LPN license, 1.5+ years experience, Rehab nursing center + LTC background

Schedule: Every other weekend

Preferred: PointClickCare (PCC) EMR experience

Local rule: 75-mile radius
