Description
Position: Neuro Medicine ICU RN (Level 3)
Schedule: 12-hour rotating days, evenings and nights, 36 hours a week; holidays, on-call, call-back and charge per unit needs
Experience: 2 years as an RN with ICU acute care experience, and experience working in US ICUs is required; telemetry required
Required: New York RN license only, BLS and ACLS (AHA only), and NIHSS
Unit: Brand new state-of-the-art 12-bed medical/surgical ICU focused on the critically ill neuro patient
Duties: Care for traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke and other critical neurologic pathologies, with strong critical thinking, communication and organizational skills
Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester NY
