Description

Unit: 27 beds | ICU + stepdown continuity model | Ratios 1:1–1:2 (up to 1:3)

Required Experience:

1+ year Pediatric CICU/CVICU as staff nurse

2+ years PICU as staff nurse

3–4 travel contracts in a dedicated pediatric CICU

CHD congenital heart disease + post-op cardiac management; arterial/central/transthoracic lines

Certs Required: BLS + PALS

Charting: MEDITECH

High-Acuity Skills/Cases: ECMO, CRRT, manual PD, vents, post-op cardiac recovery, codes, intubation/extubation, sedation

Float: PICU, NICU, peds med-surg, peds oncology
