Description

Unit: 30-bed ICU/PCU (Burn & Trauma focus) | Staff: 85 | EMR: Meditech

Staffing: CNC/Relief Charge days/nights; RN & PCT staffing varies with census

Ratios: ICU 2:1 | PCU 4:1

Equipment: Critical care technology including Burn ICU & Trauma ICU equipment

Must-Have: Trauma, burn, and surgical ICU experience; strong communication & critical thinking

Preferred: BSN; CCRN

Common Procedures: Wound care, codes, EVDs, MTP

Best Fit: Team-oriented, asks questions, and pitches in to help others

Floating: MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any PCU unit
