Description

Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Facility/Unit Overview: 850-bed hospital with ~120 respiratory staff

Adult Coverage Staffing:

Day shift: 17–20 RRTs (adult service lines)

Night shift: 12–16 RRTs (adult service lines)

Patient Ratios: Approximately 10–25

EMR: Cerner

Equipment/Respiratory Support:

GE R860 adult ventilators

Draeger infant/peds ventilators

Newport HT70 transport ventilator

Hamilton C1 ventilator

Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high-flow oxygen devices

Must-Have (required to be considered):

North Carolina Respiratory License

RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

BLS, ACLS, PALS

Preferred/Nice to Have:

NRP

ACCS

Typical Procedures/Work: All respiratory tasks and functions

Floating: All critical care units and floors
