Staffing Model: 3–4 staff per procedural room (days) | On-call 4-person team (nights) | Ratio: 3–4 staff per patient/procedure

Service Lines/Equipment: Cath Lab / EP / IR | EMR: Merge-Hemo

Must-Have: Current Cath Lab + peripheral experience (EP a plus); Texas MRT license required for Cath Lab techs using radiologic equipment (in addition to specialty certs)

Preferred: IR, EP, Neuro IR, Cardiac Intervention

Common Procedures: R/L heart cath, PTCA/stents, IABP/Impella, IVUS, AngioJet/atherectomy, angiography, pacemakers/AICD/BiV implants, carotid/renal angiograms &amp; stenting, thrombolytic infusions, IVC filters, coilings, EP studies, and full IR scope
